GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany — Reinfried Herbst of Austria earned the slalom World Cup title Saturday in the final race of the season, which was won by Felix Neureuther of Germany. Canadian Michael Janyk was fifth and Julien Cousineau sixth, with Brad Spence 18th.
