LES CONTAMINES, France — Organizers say Saturday's World Cup ski cross races have been postponed until Sunday because of poor visibility on the racecourse due to fog.

Ophelie David of France leads the standings with 240 points, 40 clear of Anna Holmlund of Sweden. David, a six-time overall World Cup champion, clocked the fastest time in qualifying Friday.

Michael Schmid of Switzerland tops the men's standings with 250 points and had the best time in qualifying Saturday morning.

American skier Casey Puckett qualified with the sixth-fastest time and hopes to increase his chances of making the U.S. Olympic team with a good result Sunday.  SRC
